No, it's trump's actions, it's his responsibility. It kind of is. Just because it's your fault it doesn't mean it's a bad thing. If I call the cops because my neighbors are making too much noise it's my fault they get in trouble, it's still their fault too, but I was responsible for pulling the trigger.
