In NC, there is/ was a "shift" towards him because the state drastically cut down the number of voting stations, but have slowly and recently opened some new ones. As for Florida, a lot of Latinos are under sampled and under polled, but come election day they should vote in significant numbers (to Hillary). Anyway, Democrats don't really seem to be as enthusiastic this time around in most States.
