It's my and a lot of fans' favorite album of hers and the performances and videos and music brought us joy no other album have given us before. It's one of a kind and will always be regarded as one of my favourite albums. It helped me appreciate artistry on another level and I've seen things differently after that album. It would have been so easy for her to say "You know, maybe you guys are right, I shouldn't have written it" or, as John Mayer said, to re-release the album with a bunch of new features, etc. But, no. Didn't she say that ARTPOP's songs were designed to be radio hits or something though? Not every song has to be a single. There are album tracks. If it really was all about the art she would simply leak her songs for us anyway, like she did with Stuck On ****ing You.
