This explains why he was an hour and a half late to his rally tonight and then was a raving mess during his speech. :giggle:

I believe people call it "common sense" because a majority of people think something should be done about gun violence and gun control in this country that is NOT just the NRA blocking everything proposed regardless of how valid it might be :emma: It's common sense because it should be easy to accomplish and the average person wants it to happen

Nope, they call it "common sense" because it's a nice little piece of propaganda. Only one side of the debate calls it "common sense". And they call anything and everything they wish to do "common sense". That should tell you something.

DNC delegate Mary Bayer:

“Saying you want to ban guns altogether, that’s going to piss everybody off. You have to take that sort of moderate 'We just wanna have common sense legislation so our children are safe!' You say **** like that, and then people will buy into it.”

It's not like the millions and millions of people for gun control are buying into some scheme where they say "common sense" but mean "ban guns altogether", Common sense refers to taking every reasonable step possible to impede people from getting guns that should not have guns, what forms that takes are debatable, but people are at least for this idea. I dont honestly believe anyone is being misled or lied to :emma:

And as I and many others have told you before, the Democratic party is not for banning guns (as in all guns) altogether, some are for banning certain specific ones, sure, but still. Your quote is what's actually misleading here.

私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから

OT: This isn't telling us anything we don't already know. He bragged that not paying taxes makes him "smart" during the debate :toofunny:

No, his tax returns show he's a bad businessman.

Yet he is part of the one percent = hes a good businessman

Because  it shows he has no care about any other citizens of the country he is trying to be the leader of?

This happened before he became a leader and he is against taxation in the first place so hes not really doing something that contradicts his beliefs or something people did not already know about him.

The phrase "common sense gun control" has nothing to do with common sense. It can't. "Common sense" means something different depending on whoever you talk to. Go read S.150, 113th Congress and tell me that bill is common sense. :duck:

Pick up a copy of Common Sense: A Political History by Sophia Rosenfeld.

@Goosey @ItsTommyBitch @Whispering @LePetitMonstr

In fear of the thread getting totally derailed/off topic, please take the gun control discussions here:

It'd usually be fine to have a sub-convo in a thread but nearly every Trump/Hillary thread eventually falls down this rabbit hole and it's a bit much :emma:

Thanks

He's also unqualified because he's:

Easily baited, isn't careful with his words

has absolutely no experience with policy and he flip flops daily.

Lies constantly, and wants no one to fact-check him.

He wants to take away constitutional rights

and, he wants to spend money on outrageous projects that do no good.

Thats a good thing as people are sick of lying politicians

Yeah thats what all politicians do, hes just more blunt about it and you dont really need experience as Hilary did not have experience when she first got in.. as Trump said, Hilary might have experience but they are bad experience! she has experience in how to trick people and create wars and be friends with dictators to steal money from poor countries.

Like all politicians

What?

His projects cost less money than Clintons projects that also costs alot of innocent lives (war). Also, his projects that costs money will bring in more money.

No its because thats what everyone does and would do.. you would be stupid not to and a stupid business man.. Trump is against taxation in the first place so he isnt doing something against his belief.

Being against taxation is dumb considering it funds a lot of things for our country.

You're projecting a lot of Donald's major issue's on Clinton, but then excusing Trump for worse. There's no discussion here.

Our subject is not about weather its dumb to be against taxation but if you want to get into that, we can.. you can cut down on taxation but at the same time stop military and government spending so its not always a dumb idea.

Im against Trump and Hilary and I do not excuse Trump on anything, its just that Liberals attack Trump on everything and it gets stupid sometimes. I only excuse Trump on stupid issues like this one.
