that's just a misconception. imagine an acoustic/piano version of TEOG. there you go.

in general the most recent SB's are high-energy performances. Even Madonna's uptempo songs felt really low-energy in the middle segment of her performance and that's with visuals and all the dancers. Imagine just the piano and all the lights out--not good imagery for SB. We always have to look within the context of a SB. Gaga was to W O W the haters.

Don't Let Your Fellow Performers Dance Battle...Without You

At 2016's star-studded halftime show, Coldplay, Bruno Mars and Beyoncé kept the audience pumped with hit song after hit song. Mars and the "Crazy in Love" singer even had a dance-off that fans were still talking about days later. While it was all kinds of great, it felt just a wee bit awkward that the year's headliner was left out of the equation—albeit briefly. Moral of the story: make sure you can handle the choreography.

She has nothing to learn tbh, the last 5 halftime shows where horrendous, Madonna was the last one that really made something really cool and outstanding. (Katy's show was amazing too but she wasn't imo)

That's kinda the point of the article.....

I root for you. I love you. You, you, you, you.

i don't give a flying **** about madonna or the audience. she'll do what what she wants. if it's a ballad, and you can bet there will be one, the SB and you will have to take a seat and enjoy the performance.

i'm not mad. i'm just annoyed that you brought yet another madonna comparison/example to the table when it comes to what gagz should do. let her do her own thing. she's gonna slay as always.

Madonna triggers you this bad? I wish you focused on my point about the energy level of performances instead of the artist but okay

i wish you focused on gagz and not on the preconceived ideas about a typical SB gig. put a little more trust in her as a performer. her stage presence is beyond, even if it's just her and her piano. erase madonna from your mind.
