All these because of stadium acoustics reasons, since it was not really a full concert, so the sound systems are not the same. Gaga didn't and still delivered a better performance than basically everyone. She has always been against lip-syncing and she had the opportunity to lipsync the superbowl last year when she sang the anthem but decided against it. Her national anthem was played live on the piano, as well as sung. You can tell because he waits for her to do a vocal pickup to a measure that he would then start playing in. These types of set-ups have in-ear monitoring systems so the performers can hear every single detail as if it was a track. That's how concerts work, that's what her lil bedazzled thing in her ear is during the ArtRAVE shows. To them the acoustics aren't any different, just the space is.
