PI drops from #15 to #42 in 1 week

She's in a different place now and I will always believe she is a creative genius regardless of how well she does on charts...

 

HOWEVER, I blame ALL of this on ungrateful Top 40 stations. I'm in Florida for school and the only stations I or my friends have even heard PI playing on are MIX stations. And I'm not even talking about now...I'm specifically talking about the first few days after the release. Radio stations should be ashamed in themselves for turning their backs on someone who was fundamental in REVIVING the pop music scene. F*ck the generic chainsmokers tracks. That's not talent. That's dropping a vocal over a basic instrumental.

No, it was released around 11 PM on Thursday night whereas PI was released a few minutes before midnight after the radio premiere.

She is a musician, she makes music. If you expect anything else from her (comercial success, acceptance from straight males,  etc - AKA all the things you seem to crave for yourselves, and you fail to achieve-), then go to therapy TBH, because you're looking for those things in the wrong place. 

Lady GaGa is a musician, and a performing artist, and she is successful at what she does: which is expressing herself artistically through music. 

If you can't get it by now, you're either a really stupid person,  or you enjoy setting yourself up for disappointment. 

The only "mess" here are the chart-starved "fans" having meltdowns over the most superficial things, she herself is fine. 

Now get a life and stop living through her, and acting as if your existence is determined by her single's chart position, and move all of your ugly, unrelatable, unsuccessful, non-charting *sses onto another fanbase please.  Your whining is tired and got old in 2014 already, move on.

You don't seem to grasp the concept that artists evolve and change. Why would she want or need Hollywood to take her picure now? That was apart of her performance art for a certain ERA. She has changed. She evolved. She dominated the pop scene. She's been there. She doesn't need to do that for every single album. You're judging her off of one f***ing single and a music video. YOu have no idea what her ideas are for this era. What her performances are like. Just because the girl you fell in love with did what every other artist should do and evolve and make music she loves. 

I'm sorry but that's not being a fan of someone. Judging them because they are no longer the artist that you drew you in. The main reason of being a fan of either an artist, or a team, or a god damn TV show, is it watch the progression over years and years. Yet here you are acting as though she's gone forever because she isn't categing to your particular needs. If you don't like the direction she's taking than don't buy her music. And certainly don't come to a fan forum that's been dedicated to thought provoking conversation on her. Makes no sense.
