That is a possibility but it's not a fact yet. The only fact here is that the rate is going down as far as 2016 goes. A year hasn't to be ended to forecast the annual rate. NY already had a historic drop in homocides. There was a bomb in NYC the other week.... Anything is possible. When your looking at the years of clime rate you cant just discount the rest of the year.... I GET IT AS OF NOOOOWW for THIIIIIIS year there DOWN but If we go from year to year looking at complete years there WAS a spoke from 2014-2015. can you acknowledge that? Because if you don't I might seriously throw my computer out the window. lol

She did not respond to the simpleton remarks, such as the birther distraction, or drag on about irrelevant nonsense such as Donald's business company. She went into great depth with her cyber attack plan and what her response to Russia would be. Donald responded with talking about Hillarys emails and how fat nerds hacked the DNC. Hillary went over an established layout for peaceful coalitions between the community and the police. Donald said we need stop and frisk in order to IMPROVE RACE RELATIONS. Hillary gave an example of how she has been on countless task forces to further relations between governments, to prevent nuclear weapon progress in other countries. Donald talked about how he paid off litigants that filed lawsuits against him but he "never admitted guilt", and how he doesn't take back his remarks on Rosie o Donnal because as everyone knows, she deserved it. Also he didn't pay his federal taxes and that makes him smart. So I don't see where exactly you're coming from. I'm at a point With HRC that I don't belive anything she says or anything she would do. I feel like shes a transparent politican who will say anything and do anything to be elected. I find it so obvious. I also don't think anything shes said is new and real. She said we need to show that people can walk over America with cyber attacks yet its been happening for the past 8 years and we haven't done much but complain. Why is anything going to change if shes the 3rd Obama term as she touts. At the end of the day we all react differently to people. So I respect you disagree with me and hope you vote whos god for you. I think I'm at a point wher I'm done with these career politicians and I'm willing to take my chances elsewhere. There was a spike in 2015 after years and years of decrease. But it's going down again and it already is lower than 2014. So Hillary was right, the homicide rate is constantly dropping in New York, just because there was a spike in 2015 it doesn't mean the rate hasn't been dropping in the last years. Please do throw our computer out your window so less users have to argue about this.

Every human I know tries to pay the least amount of taxes. Why do you think accountants have jobs? If I wanted to pay 30% in taxes I would just take 30% of my income and write a check. Also I don't belive Trump paid NO taxes. Probably a lot less due to business loop holes. I doubt Hillary just pays the top bracket to be charitable. ALSO didn't Burnie Sanders pay almost no taxes or a severy less amount then he should of paid? So hypocriteical. Hes a business man. He wants to save as much as possible. It has nothing to do with love of country

Yes it is. Maybe not yourself but marketing companies have extensively studied how to market towards instant gratification in this generation. But we're going off topic so I'll let you do that research yourself. Currently listening to Joanne
