We know 2016 isn't over yet but that doesn't mean the rate of homicides is not going even lower than it's now. WE KNOW that the year isn't over but you are implying that there's going to be a spike and the anual rate is going to be as high as 2015. That is a possibility but it's not a fact yet. The only fact here is that the rate is going down as far as 2016 goes. A year hasn't to be ended to forecast the annual rate. NY already had a historic drop in homocides. She did not respond to the simpleton remarks, such as the birther distraction, or drag on about irrelevant nonsense such as Donald's business company. She went into great depth with her cyber attack plan and what her response to Russia would be. Donald responded with talking about Hillarys emails and how fat nerds hacked the DNC. Hillary went over an established layout for peaceful coalitions between the community and the police. Donald said we need stop and frisk in order to IMPROVE RACE RELATIONS. Hillary gave an example of how she has been on countless task forces to further relations between governments, to prevent nuclear weapon progress in other countries. Donald talked about how he paid off litigants that filed lawsuits against him but he "never admitted guilt", and how he doesn't take back his remarks on Rosie o Donnal because as everyone knows, she deserved it.
