Perfect Illusion - made her be taken more seriously 4. Applause - made us dance our asses off 5. Born This Way - was huge for the GP, but I think it's such a basic song, and gay people weren't "born that way," the science doesn't back it up (science argues it's a combination of genetics and environment) and it bothers me to this day. Also, being "born this way" is problematic because it doesn't matter how you were born. You should be able to CHOOSE whoever you want to be, whether you were born that way or not. Omg. Please stop. Please stop. I'm not wrong. It's an outdated way to look at LGBT issues, and I'm far from being the only one to think this: - Huffington Post: Here’s Why The ‘Born This Way’ Approach To Sexual Orientation Is Failing - The Good Men Project: Why “Born This Way” is a Bad Defense That We Need to Stop Depending on - Scientific InQueery: How The "Born This Way" Argument Is Problematic On top of all that, it's just a basic, derivative song. The music video, however, is my favorite MV she's ever put out. It's so beautiful, so dark, and she's at her thinnest in it.

That's not the only part that I was talking about even though I do disagree.I've known that I was different since I was like 4 years old and I don't see how my enviroment has something to do with it because my 4 siblings are straight.. Also the point of the song is not that you were born in a way and you shouldn't change. It says that even if you think that you are a mistake because you were born gay, black etc. you are perfect in your own way because god makes no mistakes. Personally as an atheist I don't agree with the argument that she makes BUT the I don't see how the message is problematic

So, things that happened at birth or how your brain developed as a toddler could have made your genetic predisposition become "active" in a sense. You mentioned you have 4 siblings... could I take a wild guess that you have an older brother? There is research that has shown that men who have older male siblings are much, much likelier to be gay. It has something to do with the fluids and hormones left inside the womb from the male that was born first. I'm also 1 of 5. And I have an older straight male brother. If you agree with me that it's not your favorite song and that the message doesn't speak to you, then why did you insult me and call me dumb and start a fight? God (whoever she may be) does make mistakes.
Ronk 14,762
Wut? Just Dance made her career, literally. What could be better than making her career? Watch her early interviews: http://gagadaily.com/forums/topic/44923-gaga-interviews-in-chronological-order/ I live outside the space time continuum. Lol I never called you dumb or started a fight I said that the explanation you gave was dumb. And YES there is a huge difference between those 2. Also discussing and fighting are totally different things too. I do have 2 older brothers,it might have something to do with it lmao. My biggest problem with your comment was not the genetics part,it was the second one as I explained on my first post
