In all honesty, it's because GagaDaily is not a serious platform. It is a fan site for a pop singer. There is no real power here. GagaDaily is pretty much just a small club with some rules, if you don't like those rules go find a different fan site - there are plenty to choose from. If GagaDaily shut down tomorrow it wouldn't matter to most people. For a large majority there will be no alternative to Youtube, it's just too big in relation to even to other video sites. Youtube is too important of a global platform - there's more at stake if content starts getting mass censored there.
