As I've said many times in other threads, I believe the lights flashing behind Gaga in the PI video are meant to mimic paparazzi cameras: And notice how she's covering her face: ...and when you think about it like this, now it suddenly makes sense why Gaga was shielding herself from the paps a couple weeks ago while driving around LA (in the wide open Bronco!
