I think it's mostly because of the video atmosphere and aesthetic -or at least that's why I dislike it The colors are mostly light greys, blacks and some other bluish shades which are cool colors that aren't really welcoming Also, the fact that they are using a black background + people with pale skin +unflattering lighting+ Gaga's appearance (very skinny, dark lips, white eye makeup...) makes it "non-cozy" overall.
