For the first time, Gaga is "letting go" of her Art. No longer trying to shove it down our throats, keeps the personal meaning to herself. Just do the same, listen to the song and find your own meaning. She's never going to tell us her own. But if you really insist on it being about Taylor. Look at the interviews from when Troy happened, and now look at the interviews of Perfect Illusion. Is she shedding any tears?
