If the second single is the best it stabilises album sales and increases hype so I do hope the second single is the best on Joanne. In my messy era. First they built up that MASSIVE hype, then GP was divided about PI whether they enjoy it or not (kinda the same with fanbase), still they promoted it especially at radio stations to have them on their side and THEN they put out the best song from the album, which is mostly liked by GP and fanbase, so radio stations have to play two Gaga records - which is a good promo for album.
