How many ballads do you want on Joanne?

I'm very excited for the title track, as I love Gaga's ballads. I know we all love the pop bops but I think her slow songs are also lovely. Brown Eyes, Speechless, and specially I wanna be with you are so good. Based on the things Gaga said so far, it seems like we have at least 2 ballads. Are you okay with that, or is it too much? Do you want more?

RedOne's song is a ballad already, so I'd say 1 more and that's it. The album tracklist is short for more ballads.

I didn't ask for a free ride, I only asked you to show me a real good time.

and that's the one that I usually skips :derpga:

IDK Gaga's ballads just don't work for me.

If I want to listen to ballads I have other artists I listen.

Gaga works her magic best with a dance track

Brown Eyes is probably my favorite but I still rarely listen to that song

does Brooklyn Nights count? :wtfga:I love that one even tho it's got polarized opinions

Cause once you let it go you better know it's gone

Yes RedOne's song + the title track (we know Mark Ronson made it) so that's already 2. If "Paradise" is also included in the tracklist as it was rumored after her Iheartradio showcase, then that might be 3.

I don't mind one but they tend to be my least favorite from each album, the exception being "Brown Eyes". I can handle two. More than that, I'm afraid it will slow down the momentum of the album too much. I want one on the main album and two with the deluxe. But with three or more, the placement of each can really make a difference in the feel of the experience. Five or more, could you really call it a pop album?

However much Gaga feels is right for the album

^ This. I'm not worried, cause usually when Gaga does a ballad, she does it right. I sobbed my guts out the first time I heard Dope, and Speechless is one of my all time favorite songs.

All of them. I hope they remake perfect illusion to a soft jazz version :classy:

It might actually improve the song :nails:
