She might have been directed to act more masculine in certain scenes, or speak more like herself rather than the faux European accent. She may very well have been given free rein to do what she wanted, or she might have been directed right down to each individual facial expression. We just don't know. I love judas SO MUCH but I canʹt look like a copycat of JLO!!!!
13VictorC 1,102
One. Gaga doesn't do theatrics anymore. She's just a drunk mother of 3 from middle America.
River 117,313
The countess was a hypocrite manipulative bitch and she also wanted to survive in the world, to keep the hotel with her and money and also she's a mother. To do it she had to change personalities, her tone, her accent, to play a character and never be herself. We only saw the real countess twice - with her baby and before she was turned. So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy
Seeka 12,372
You do know Gaga has to follow the script, right? Nothing she did was of her own accord except when they went off-script but Gaga had to keep herself in character. Also, I change when I'm around different people. There are very few people who a person iis their true self with. We are all multifaceted. To some, I may seem like a bitch, to others hapy-go lucky and rather carefree... All of us have multiple personalities in a way. We all have different masks.
Sylvanas 5,768
You do realize she's being directed, and that her lines are being written by the creator of the show? She's not the reason why the Countess was an inconsistent character. AHS has always been bad at this. "Who are we, if not slaves to this torment?"
