I'd love to live in Scandinavia, I've heard so many great things about it.

I just wish their weather wasn't so sh!t. :cryga:

My thoughts about the weather were the same until I moved to Denmark :toofunny: it's so hot in here right now that I can't even handle it

The Netherlands bar none. I was a foreign exchange student for a semester in Amsterdam and it was like "omg my long lost family!!!!!!!!" Lol the sweetest most accepting people I've ever met. In my experience, if the didn't like something they just either changed the subject or left to do something else. My host family cried when the semester was over as did I . Truly amazing people

I guess because I'm incredibly introverted and it's hard for me to make friends, but I didn't have that type of experience when I was in the Netherlands. It was a good country to learn how to be an adult in, I think, for me. Except everything was in Dutch and if you say one vowel out of line they switch to English so you can never freaking learn the language :neyde:

There was talk earlier about the Balkans. I do think I'd enjoy visiting, since I loved Greece for the month I was there. For Greece though I studied Greek for a few months before I left so I could order food fluently and stuff, which I think really helped to ingratiate myself with local people. Someone offered to give me his own supply of olive oil when his store didn't have any, and I was like no! I can't do that. I think I'd be okay with Bulgarian and possibly Macedonian, but Serbo-Croatian is a pitch accent language :neyde: Can't wait for me to convince myself I need to learn that if I ever get to go.

Gurl you better educate yourself cause your opinion is stated on such ridiculously wrong facts it hurts my European heart. :saladga:
I cannot deal with people being so pretentious & dumb.

I'm allowed to share my opinion whether you agree with it or not, no need to call me pretentious because of it.

Erotica

Nnnn not Sweden being the worst of the Nordic countries. We're supposed to be the best :air:

It's a surprise that Norway got 100. I love the country, but I wouldn't want to live there. Sh*t is expensive as phuck there :duck:

JustinTrudeau

85.4 for Canada and 49.1 for Ukraine... well, I guess that's why we moved to the land of maple syrup :madge:

Spoiler

Slightly better than U.S. at 83.7 though :gaycat:

Economy

Norway still at #1

I remember when Canada was ranked 1 every year for best place in the world to live in up until early 2000s then we fell on the rankings :neyde:

Canada got into its ARTPOP era while Norway became Katy Perry :sis:

The Fame Monster

I am from Finland and I have nothing but good things to say about my country. The weather isn't always that nice though. And just to make this clear, Finland isn't part of the Scandinavia.
