I don't know so much about Europe, but I do know that for me UK is right near the bottom of the list. France as well. Germany is better. Czech Republic beats all mentioned. I would not like living there. The same goes for many other people. There is more to individual happiness than their "44 indicators", that's why the study is flawed.
