If it is "within a few weeks" it could be this Friday, next Monday etc.. If she said "in a few weeks" then it is no earlier than the end of the month. Gaga said in an interview that this is the most ready she's been before puting out the first single, so if an august/november release for ARTPOP was delayed longer than LG5, we can probably expect a late October early November.
