I think usually an album is announced officially (title, cover art etc) at least 1 month in advance.

It's still Autumn, despite the weather. A good majority of America is also covered in snow, or least has seen some snow, by that time too, but officially it's still Autumn until the Winter solstice. Kinda like there's places here in the states at high elevations that are seeing peak Autumn foliage already but it's still technically Summer until the Autumn equinox later this month. 

I feel like the album will be coming out by mid October, if not earlier. I cannot wait and am just so super pumped

I don't want her to just drop the album and not release singles which is what artists usually do.

I expect a second single or even third single before the album release.

Solstices and equinoxes are not the only ways of marking seasons (in fact, in many Asian cultures, we consider these dates to mark the middle of each season, hence why the "Mid-Autumn festival" is celebrated around the Autumnal equinox). Many meteorological services internationally simply define Winter as the calendar months of December, January and February. Wikipedia also provides October 14, November 1 and November 11 as dates various cultures use to mark the beginning of Winter. 

I personally am expecting a mid-November album release, but remain hopeful that it'll be released earlier

I wonder if she will go this route this time. Many artists aren't releasing many singles a more or any at all. (Beyonce, Adele, etc). I feel like we may get one more single before the album is out if anything or the next music we will see released will be the album

I don't ask much, I only ask for five singles. Zayn just stopped releasing singles after Like I Would. Same goes to Britney with almost every album, Perfume was the last single of Britney Jean and the second single of Glory is no where to be seen. Rihanna used to release 6 to 7 singles with like 5 videos in each era but Anti only got three videos thus far, and they are barely promoted on TV, something she used to actually do. Beyonce's 4 had 5 to 6 singles but Lemonade only had three - Formation, Sorry and Hold Up (ARTPOP which was mismanaged had three as well). Then we have Adele who released three singles but only two videos because she decided When You Were Young didn't need one. Like wtf is happening with these artists? I hope Gaga doesn't follow their footsteps.

The last artist which released lots of singles from one single album was Taylor Swift - seven singles, seven videos. I don't even like her music but at least she delivered a wonderful era for her fans. I hope Gaga does the same with at least 5.

Metrological seasons are classifying the warmest and coldest months. Winter is December, Jan, Feb.
