JDi 1,495 Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 her vocals in it are so theater-uncool that it sounds next-level-cool. so gay that insecure gays move to the periphery feeling uneasy while straights embrace the party because it's just way over the top to ever mean a thing. all in all, the way YMCA works. ...and a "straight" gay anthem is the best kind of gay anthem. not to mention BTW sounding pretty much homophobic next to the Broadway disco thunder of PI.
