I feel like LG5 will be about the disintegration of Gaga's mind during ARTPOP. She kind of lost the plot and admitted that she even contemplated giving up on pop music. I'm glad she didn't, otherwise we wouldn't have LG5. So I don't think she is rejecting "Gaga" as a "persona" at all but merely "splitting it up" with the intent to "stitch it back together". She once said in an interview that ARTPOP was her "acid" album. Then LG5 must be her come down album, reflecting her rebuilding her life and putting all the pieces back together.
