Once the promo really kicks in and radios pick it up and the MV is released it will take off. Actually the fact it got to number one in the first place is impressive on it's own! Applause never made it and look how well that ended up doing. The song hasn't got enough support yet in the US because it's been a day. It needs performances, radio play, a video etc in order for it to stabilise. It simply won't stay selling as much as it did when it first came out and all of her fans quickly bought it on the first day. A song never does.
