I agree with your criticism about it being extremely repetitive for such a short song. I love the first half or so but then after that it actually manages to feel very long and drawn out, which seems weird for a short song  If the key change brought about different lyrics then I think it'd really go somewhere super cool, but because it doesn't it's just like stretching for the sake of it a bit  The first half goes in super hard though and I'm a major fan of that, I just wish the second half was at least half as good as it  

edit: Read through the thread and you guys who can't take a negative opinion that's actually posted very well and constructively need to not post in these threads because you're just adding negativity on a personal level and making the thread atmosphere negative  It may be a negative opinion but that doesn't mean that the actual vibe of the thread has to be. Telling people to shut up and go away is making things negative, we're a forum and we will discuss positive and negative opinions. One can't exist without the other otherwise it's a straight bus to extreme censorship in an unimaginable way

It's not that at all. I've seen some people complain about how they wanted a purely pop song. That's not what you're getting with PI. You're getting a pop-rock-disco track. No one thinks pop's inferior, what people mean is that rock is just a good genre—and she's good at it, and she grew up on it. So why not go "back to her roots" and explore a more rock-esque sound??

You're definitely entitled to your opinion if you feel that way. I hope it grows on you, though

I love how the people that dislike the song think what they are saying is 100% fact. Saying its a bad song, is your opinion, if you do not like the song, then too ****ing bad. There is literally no need to make a thread on a LADY GAGA FAN WEBSITE, bashing something she worked hard on and truly believes in. You have every right to your opinion, but let the people who think its an amazing song, think that. You all think you know music so much, well, why aren't you making music then? Huh? You're such experts on the topic and act like you know so much, well, get to it, get a career for yourself, show us what you can do. You probably cant even write one verse let alone an entire song or album. 

And FYI: look at a lot of the great rock and punk songs out there, from decades past, they are short, simple and repetitive, a lot of rock is like that, it has a very different structure from pop music. Rock ballads are the only songs that are written in similar format to pop songs but typical rock music is emotional, it's yelling, it's emotion driven, exactly what PI is. So quit whining. thank you! And also, look at Bad Romance, that is one hell of a repetitive song and all you all act like it's gospel and the best song ever. Sister please, get your opinions straight. AND a lot of you complaining about it being repetitive are the same ones who complained about ARTPOP's songs being "too complex" and "wordy", there is no pleasing some of you, just go get a hobby and quit whining.

Not really. It can be worse if they bash it in every thread about anything. They share their opinions and that's all, open for discussion. And yeah this is a Lady Gaga Fan Website, that doesn't mean everyone has to live in delusion (don't even try to tell I should **** off and go to a Madonna website )
