I wouldn't want to hear songs like Summeboy or Money Honey on this tour. Bad Kids and FOHL really show her vocals and Electric Chapel is made for an orgy tbh :nails:

But I didnt say Summeboy or Money Honey. I mean the sigles from The Fame and TFM. And obviously her live performances for Alejandro and Telephone are not as good as theY used to be during the MBT. And the scene is too.....empty...even the castle being there...no speech, no intro...I dont know..hope this is about the first show...

I hate that if someone gives a criticism then they're "b---hing"

Not everyone is going to think the same as you.

If you can't handle differing opinions then what are you doing on an Internet forum?

Me neither and I'm sorry to hear that :(

There will be time in the future when she has to cut out even the singles, because she will have so many songs to perform.

I know, but I just put so much faith into thinking she would perform it because of all she did with it during TMB.

I just can't stand knowing that I'll never see her perform it.

I watched all the videos and I still don't feel the "gaga energy". The whole show is OK but it's not the kind of show that Gaga could offer, she could do much better. The Monster Hall is even better than the BTWB imo.

In the whole show, there is something missing, it looks empty. Gaga is there but the show doesnt have the gaga light that the MB did have. The setlist is weird, but it's impossible for it to not be weird because BTW songs doesnt fit with TFM & TF.

I really don't like the outfits I saw until now. I just like the Bad Romance outfit (i seriously don't know why she also wears it during Judas, it doesnt fit to the song) and the meat dress for Americano.

Also, i just hate the intro. It isnt something big, there isnt any light or excitement. I love the sound of the beggining but after ... It's not the kind if intro the btw should have, it should be something big; like she could come from the roof of the castle or from the door of the castle .. but just no from the side with a robot unicorn.

Dead @ some of you complaining about the set list, stage, and outfits. :smh:

Personally, I love what I've seen so far.

But you should understand that there are people who might not like it and it's ok too.

Opinion.

When we have HD vids of the whole tour including speeches and stuff, then start critizising.

I stage looks nice, but I'm underwhelmed. I don't like any of the outfits and everything just seems really dull. What made the monster ball iconic was the interludes - they defined the show. The art and creativity that went into them was unmatched by anything else Gaga has ever done. Nothing in this show seems to hold a candle to the monster ball.

The Born This Way ball seems unfinished. She's had a year to put this show together. The outfits are dull, and she doesn't take command of the stage. It just seems like with every passing thing she does without Dada, it is apparent that he is the reason for many of her iconic things such as the disco stick + the angler fish. Nothing about this show is iconic. There's no angler fish, no interludes, no real sense of creativity. The stage is nice and all, but any artist could have done that.

Maybe it'll grow on me, but I'm really disappointed. Some serious changes are going to need to be made to this show. When TMB2.0 had its debut in Manchester, even with it's issues, it was amazing. And what happened to the songs that she spoke of that would be performed during the tour? When BTW was released she said that she left songs off of the album to perform live at the show.

Another thing this show lacks is a story. The story within the monsterball made it so cool, but with this it's just her singing songs.

I don't know. Other than the Judas video and BTW album, I've felt really underwhelmed with everything Gaga has done over the last year. It just doesn't have that eccentric quirkiness that it used to. :fat:

EDIT: The intro is also dull. When watching it, I didn't feel excited at all. The countdown video is one of the defining moments of my teenage years. I can't even think about it without feeling goosebumps. In 20 years I'll still remember the excitement I had for that - the audio, the visuals, the jumping and spinning, the numbers. This is just some noise and gaga arriving on a horse.

The show is ok, almost great, but it needs to get better, some things need to be improved (lighting, the fog, the outfits), while I love the setlist and the stage itself. Even if it looks empty, she will get used to it, so the dancers will, and it will be better when they've done a few more shows.
