Video, get to experience the song and video for the 1st time together. Doing the song 1st will make the video a little less fresh.

But it depends on the video is released. If we know it'll be released the same day as the audio, I'll wait till it's released to hear the song. But if it's not uploaded on the single release date, idk if I can wait.
