With all the radio stations hyping the song and Gaga doing prove shows for radio stations, do you think that radio is gonna pick it up immediately?

Pretty much all major markets will. It's guaranteed to generate buzz and listens so it would be silly not to.

The hardest thing in this world is to live in it

Every pop / general radio station will pick it up and see what response they get. They may all be sitting on the next big smash hit but they'll drop it if not many people care for it.

It seems like the song willl have a strong radio deal otherwise they wouldn't know so much about the song before the release date - so yes

Capital Fm better play it! They barely played applause . But they played dwuw all the time and helped it get to number 1 unofficially sigh.

I hope R1 get behind it, I need Annie Mac to make it her 'Hottest Record in the World' and then all the other shows will follow suit

Not the bore worms!

I really want her to have another major hit in the UK.. Applause went to #5 here.. DWUW went to #9 but could have done so much better if it wasn't for the messy s.hit.

R1 and Capital FM better get behind it.. I think they will though cos they LICK mark ronsons arsee :')

She will clearly be fine in the US with radio :D

I'm sure there will be all kinds of deals straight off the bat that will get it off the ground. But as of right now I think it's impossible to tell whether that will sustain or not...

As much as the fanbase can help build anticipation heading into the release, the hype currently coming from stations can be misleading. They know that tapping into fanbases is a good idea to get listeners and social media activity. If the GP don't get onboard with the song then it simply won't be enough.

It's definitely set up for a good life on radio, but who knows what could happen?
