I still remember an interview Zedd gave saying that he and Gags weren't paying attention to the length of the songs, they're freely working on them without thinking about these restrictions.  I was shook thinking omg yas 5m tracks, then most of songs on ARTPOP are 3min :diane:

lots of Gaga's songs are >4 min but a lot are between 3 and 4 minutes.
"No songs with less than 4 minutes on LG5" doesn't seem very plausible.
