Bad Monster Kid

Without The two new songs and Kids being discounted today, MR would still be at #21. Pretty impressive for a promo single.

at least thanks god the music will be good...

Charts aside, I feel like the album will be praised by the critics. Would love to see yet another album of hers over 70.

I still have hopes that they are really saving ALL THE PROMO after the album drops, so that way, they can really push both singles and album sales. That is the only logical explanation I could think of.

If they are not doing that, I don't see how is this album going to sell above 200k in the US or 500k WW at best, unless a miracle happens.

Said everyone when Applause was being paid dust lol. And i don't see this selling 1M so I agree

It won't get any nominations if it bombs (I don't care that people say commercial success doesn't equate to awards-- they definitely do)

Oh I have always said that. They won't nominate a bunch of albums that people aren't familiar with or don't like because they won't bring in ratings. It's all about money.

Yup.

Metacritic would be nice to have a good score, but no one really checks that anymore. If Joanne weren't on the verge of being of the biggest commercial bombs of the year for pop artists, it'd actually have a shot at BRITs/Grammys/etc.

Does anyone else feel like by the time they do anything with MR, it'll be too little too late

Now's the perfect time, it's somewhat stable on iTunes... air commercial, announce MV, send it to radios... something please! I don't care about numbers but people need to hear that masterpiece.

Too many people here with moral superiority complex.

This. It's Million Reasons's time NOW. This song doesn't deserve to just die without everyone knowing it.

After being a fan since The Fame, I never thought an era would flop just because the lack of commitment by Gaga. The songs being to experimental, her hip breaking or her management failing I could all understand, but if nothing changes I will never understand what her intention was this era. I can't even imagine that Gaga thinks this era would be a successful solely because of the Super Bowl. The music is good, her momentum was good, the only thing she has to do is promote and actually have a strategy.

Before there was love, there was silence
