She heavily damaged her reputation just months ago and she would miss 2 full days of digital sales, not to mention that a delayed physical release would screw her over. I can't think of any pre-album single without airplay and without a music video we can compare it to. The Greatest had dark green night updates by now but it had a video.. Rihanna has like 8 albums and is KNOWN for being a singles artist and she doesn't have a greatest hits compilation.
