TheChainsmokers got more spins on POP radio and almost double the increasing in audience that Gaga did on Overall AI. Who said that the Chainsmokers was slowing down in radio was dead wrong. They are not even close to peaking. The will peak at 180M Audience Overall. They might even get to a 200M peak audience before falling. pie-kun 1,765 Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 I still have hopes for Perfect Illusion but I think it needs a really smart promotional strategy in the coming weeks and I 100% think part of that needs to include a discount, preferably when the video comes. But I have to say looking at the drops on iTunes in the past 24 hours has really made my heart sink. Second single wise, I really want them to release Hey Girl (feat. Florence Welch) as a promotional single at some point because it attracted so much buzz when it was announced, Gaga and Florence are both highly respected artists with passionate fanbases, the whole female empowerment/girls lifting each other up aspect could generate a lot of good publicity/help it go viral and it could have crossover appeal on radio if they decided to release it as the 2nd single.
