Definitely unfortunately. Though like another poster said he could have that opinion because it's his. As I straight guy who enjoys house/dance music, I couldn't care less which community accepts my taste in music lol. Besides during his era was completely different than ours today. I'm sure some of those dudes in that rock community were probably with some of those guys listening to disco. 

It's silly honestly, his comment, but he is from a different time.

Gaga's discography is far more diverse than Gene is giving credit for, but definitely glad that he's a fan.

Honestly, it seems like the only people who can't seem to admit her talent are frustrated musicians who can't sing or write half as good as she can.
