They say this new Pennywise costume was made to blend in with his surroundings so he can "blend in" and snatch his prey. I think it'll be really interesting and different in it's own ways. Either way, they are putting people in bad atmosphere and also risking themselves to get shot by the residents. Take one for the team! That way we can call 911 too if you know, they turn out to be cannibalistic clowns and try eating your arms after luring you with a perfect illusion.
