I can't believe people are no longer buying CDs. Do you really love music?

I guess we'll have to wait and see. If Gaga decides to go exclusive, that will show if she truly meant it when she said "music not the bling."

streaming is the future and apple music is great. that's my stance.

Exclusives are the topic, theyre the cause.

Tbh, I'm a Spotify subscriber and if Gaga was to release an Apple Music exclusive album, I definitely wouldn't pay 10 bucks extra a month just for one album. Even if it's Gaga. That's ridiculous to me. I have thousands of songs in playlists on Spotify, one exclusive is not gonna make me throw away all the music I've collected. Sorry Gagz, but if you limit your music to a platform I don't have access to, I'm gonna have to pirate it.

Exclusives are not the way to go :toofunny:

If she does an exclusive deal to begin with, that theory has disproven itself. :rip:

They're a large contributing factor to piracy as a whole, but Apple Exclusives are the direct cause of the spike in piracy.

It doesn't matter where material goes :rip: ARTPOP was illegally downloaded over 5 million times but it was released traditionally. People will always find a way to illegally download albums.

that's your bias speaking. just because you don't like apple music, it doesn't mean that it was created by satan himself.

If you're a broke college kid like myself, it's better to pay 10 bucks a month for unlimited music than to pay like 15 bucks for every album or $1.69 for every song that you like. It's either streaming or pirating for people as broke as I am lol

What the hell are you talking about? I have absolutely no bias when it comes to apple music, and even if I did, it wouldn't effect that statement.

Five million times in the first week? Really?

Compare the numbers from ARTPOP first week and Blonde

Overall I mean. I'm sure the weekly illegal downloads will decrease every week.
