River 91,609 Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 Can you just trust her? the ARTPOP era started with apple music, vma and gma and it was bad.. this promo doesn't work when after one second everybody forgets about the song and talks about what she wore. Apple Music were a mess and didn't help at all to ARTPOP, it was a bad preview! VMA, others singers took the spotlight from her, the performance was not shocking and something to talk about.. GMA... plz.. this wizard of oz was dumb and she over used the wig and clothes changing.... All the things you just mentioned were her own fault, they could work if planned well Is she not supposed to do anything? Sometimes the thought of something can turn people into overhyped monsters and when it's really here, they reject it and it feels old. Gaga started small and TFM turned her into a big star. Born this Way was massive and ARTPOP was expected to be better than those two albums in a time where Gaga was probably the most famous popstar in the world. Hype killed ARTPOP. Even if it was her best work (it wasn't) ARTPOP was doomed to fail cause because everyone was expecting the most awesome thing ever in existence. She did great effort to change that and people want her to jump into the hype machine again?
