But to answer your question, I will say she is not over… yet. "Rise" had everything in the book to be a successful top 10 song yet it didn't happen. Is it because of Kathleen Parnell fatigue OR because people don't like her music unless it is spoon fed bubble gum ice cream? Who knows? She put herself in this basic box now let's wait and see if she can get out of it. (My opinion is that she won't. She's the modern Paula Abdul.
