For me: Blackout > Femme Fatale > Circus > Glory > Britney > Oops > Britney Jean > Baby One More Time Britney Jean is kind of an outlier, i wasn't around for the good-at-the-time first 2 albums (that were extremely okay) so i'd say its on the same level.
