Dorothy Gale 7,575 Posted August 18, 2016 Share Posted August 18, 2016 I think that if Perfect Illusion is a smash, and the era is successful, A Star Is Born will be pushed back and the tour will take precedent over filming. I think that LG5 is such a pivotal album in Gaga's career. I think it will determine whether or not she takes on more acting or pursues music more in the future. Of course I'm not saying that if LG5 has subpar success that Gaga will give up music forever, but if ASIB is a hit and LG5 is not its kind of inevitable that Gaga will pursue acting more aggressively. That album was probably the most successful album she had in a long time, and she planned to tour after taking part in a film called The Next Best Thing. After multiple delays, she finally canceled the tour, and didn't tour again until her next album, Music, was released. That tour, The Drowned World Tour, was in support of both Ray Of Light and Music. Spoiler That sounded like a fairytale Spoiler And she lived happily ever after...
