Well, it might be, but she deserves the position of closing the show because she will be making her big return. She's never closed out the VMAs.

How is this a "mess" of a thread? I didn't say that nothing is happening. I said that she will not open the VMAs...she will close the show out if she does in fact perform.

You're missing the point. Opening the show is not the main event/show. Closing the show is.
