The people who seem to know something about the event say she was "testing new material". If she was testing it would explain the ugly body suit and would give a reason for her tattoos to be covered. This all is such a stretch though

If she is hiding the face of herself but not only her dancers (who have been the same for years, and years, and years) maybe it's because she want it kept secret? A secret performance, essentially.

Or maybe she is doing what Green Day did and releasing music through an altar ego? If this is her, taht is. It probably isn't. Seem to much like a mixture of Sia and Gaga.

What interests me though is that they have the photo of the dancers before the performance and there's a professional photographers shooting video.(you can tell because the DSLR has a mic attached to it)

Whoever it is wanted this filmed so there should be more video of it eventually that will answer who it is.
