No one is asking you to march in a incest parade. You should just show their relationship the same level of respect your non-incestuous relationship deserves. On one hand, these two are basically strangers oo each other and it doesn't matter that they're mother and son. If they didn't know that the other was related, that would probably mean we wouldn't be talking about it as much...
