This was a a major remix album. Of every remix album released this millennium, "The Remix" by Lady Gaga is the 4th best selling remix album (in the US), following: 1) Reanimation - Linkin Park 2) J to the Lo! The Remixes - Jennifer Lopez 3) Never Say Never: The Remixes - Justin Bieber The album has sold 315,000 copies and was the 5th best selling Dance/Electronic album of 2010 and the 9th best selling Dance/Electronic album of 2011 The remix album was actually released in the US 5 months after it was initially released in Japan. The US version featured a new album cover and a new selection of remixes.
