It's really funny to see that somebody who is referring to freedom tells me to 'shut up'. Listen honey, I will never close my mouth for people, especially not for people who don't even understand my point and need to take my points and opinion out of their context, to make up their own nonsense.

'Cause if you read more carefully, darling... you would have noticed that I'm talking about one specific group: Islamic women who are living in Western European countries. We all now that the majority of them are subordinated to their own men, because the live based on their religion, which treats women as less human beings. How is requiring a burqa related to freedom? No way! It's just slavery. You know that in countries like Dubai women are not allowed to drive of to walk on the streets by their own? You know that they can't have the discussion we have right here? Because if they would talk to you, like I do -  pleading for our Western values and standards - they get smashed in their faces, or they end on a burn pit.

That's the hard reality. And those burqa-wearing women in Dubai and elsewhere in the Middle East also reflect the situation here in Europe. Fortunately, they have better lifes than there. But they are still not free! Those, Islamic women don't know the word 'freedom' if they wear a burqa.

You are so ignorant it hurts.

Don't call me honey and darling,

I don't associate myself with ignorant bigots.

Don't boast about democracy and freedom of religion, when you're calling for ban of piece of clothing. Don't boast about Western values and customs, when you have history of colonialism  and racism and imposing own laws and regulations on people who have different culture than you.

Bye.

I mean I'd hate for someone to take away my rights as a Christian so I'm kind of against this, but I understand the security aspect of it too? I also think anyone following any religion shouldn't feel forced to cover themselves up. But if a Muslim woman wants to do it, we shouldn't try to stop her.

Whispering

What dictates whether a woman wears a loose covering on her head or tightly covered or everything but her eyes or her whole face? Does her country of origin or father/husband decide on these differences?

For security reasons, I can see some areas being restricted to anyone covering their face. In the US, they will ask you to remove a ball cap and sunglasses when you walk into a bank.

And do you really think that the majority of these women has so much freedom that they can make their own decisions? A burqa is a sign of women-slavery, women who stand under their partners, women who haven't the same rights as men in their culture.

Thinking that Islamic women are free in making their own decisions, is a big fantasy.

Yes they are free in making their own decisions. My sister wears hijab and no one forced her to, I have many women wearing niqab in my neighborhood and it was their choice. Don't make generalizations, just because Islamic women are forced to wear it in Iran & Saudi Arabia that doesn't mean they aren't free to choose to wear it or not in other countries. We shouldn't be even discussing this cause we're men and only women are concerned about this so they should be ****ing free to choose to wear whatever they want.

This news is full of fear mongering... Refugees only seem like a target to blame. This is like americans losing their sh*t over terrorism while toddlers with guns kill more people in their country.

Although I hope they can ban burqa. Honestly it is where personal freedoms should be restricted for the sake of security.

The way this articles connects or correlates unrelated facts try to give undertone that it is all about refugees because they are to blame for terror. Social engineering to ignorant base of society. Age old marketing strategy that is creating a share of voice. And that share of voice provoke a simple hebbian's postulate, synapses that wire together fire together.

It is just what you're doing all the time. Find a jewish news about a jewish man that experienced something bad and try to connect it to his being jewish to create faux idea that whatever bad happens to jews happens only because the fact that they are jewish. Now repeat this over and over again, some will believe. You connect jewishness to being ultimate victim which wires concept of victimhood with jewishness (Hebbian theory part) and you do this all the time which is share of voice part.

They only mentioned the lately attacks in Germany. I don't really see an undertone there.

I don't really support this because it'll only restrict some of these women to go out if they can't get over this ban and that's just cruel.
But y'all need to stop acting like you don't see how this can be a security issue or like this is the only piece of clothing to ever be banned in the history of the world. :toofunny:There are plenty restrictions of what you can and can't wear for both men  and women in many places. Things like skirts, flip flops, shorts have their fair share of bans. There are certain places where they won't let you in without a tie and at some places women can't wear pants. Also you all are talking how they are only coming for covered women, but trust me if you're not wearing enough clothes you'll not only get the looks, but there's a big chance that police will pull you and point it out.:laughga:
