If its real this person would get in serious trouble so I dont see how it could be released. I mean, the blank canvas thing made me think about that. Also, VMAs usually announce months before their hosts and this time we have no idea of what's happening. We don't have any clue besides Gaga of the performers and I mean, it's the MSG! It's meant to be!
