Give me your damn twitter...

Yeah, I see Andrew...gave it to yoü so...

TEOG would be about 4x platinum if Gaga put a better video out and still had the same digital prowess she had prior with TF/M.

I agree.

Meh, on to the next one. Like the Bey Hive, on we go...foooorward MARCH!Gnpm9.gif

It's was NOT a wasted era.

May I remind you all:

Lady Gaga: $25,353,039

Topping the Money Makers list in 2011, the theatrical chanteuse enjoyed a near-repeat of her previous stellar year. Defined by the May launch of yet another full-length opus, Born This Way, the album sold 1.1 million units during its first week, marking the biggest single sales frame for an album release in 2011. Combined with her previous sets The Fame and The Fame Monster, Gaga moved 2.8 million albums last year. Meanwhile, Born This Way spawned four singles that all reached the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 and helped the singer move 12.7 million digital tracks. Despite holding off on another traditional tour when her 19-month Monster Ball trek wrapped last May, Gaga's Boxscore revenue equaled $51.4 million in 2011, after reaping $70.4 million the year before. Expect Born This Way to keep delivering in 2012, with the Born This Way Ball ready to roll overseas in April.

wasted is not the word that I was looking for. English is not my first language and I found "wasted" as the most similar word to describe what I felt  , what I meant is that, for me, it had more potential than that. Also, I must remind you that chart wise the singles were not that good compared to how they were on the last two eras. Born This Way stayed 6 weeks at #1, but it stayed only 3 more weeks on the top ten. Judas flopped. TEOG peaked at #3 thanks to its debut week, later on it only peaked at #6m You and I stayed 4 weeks on the top ten.

Oh, OK. Well, tbh, ALL of her era's had more potential that they never achieved.

Think about it.

TF Era had Boys Boys Boys which was supposed to be released after Paparazzi and that song surely would of performed well had it been released as a single and gotten a proper video.

TFM Era had Dance in the Dark and Monster that were both single material and easily could of done well on the charts (well Monster at least, DITD is very questionable).

I can't believe Starships has already sold 2.5M though. Heading for that 3xPlatinum in June I see.

It's funny, how the barbz were expecting a #1 from SS but it barely got #5 (that's pretty weak for a mainstream artist's lead single)

Peaking at #5 and selling 2.5 million and soon 3 million is VERY impressive. Well, nevermind, the fact that the song is so generic and typical does takes away from that.

i really hope Gaga's next album wont leave out potential singles likes Scheibe. I feel like the album would have sold much more if it was a single. Many fans are still pushing for it to be a single but her singles for this album are over lol.

I HOPE their over. This era ended on a low note in terms of chart performance but on a VERY high note in terms of performances/outfits/interviews etc.

Scheisse is flawless, but it would have had censorship issues.
