It sounds like a remix done by somebody with the official acapella. I can believe that it's a remix from the official sessions, but it doesn't sound like a demo to me. They're still good either way. In the new NA demo, there's a really creepy "YES MY DARLING" in the background that will freak you out when you hear it through headphones in the dark as I have just learnt.
