The performances would have been the only problem. It's not too radio friendly but I wish she had released it to show that the album had more than just "safe" music on it. If you get me? It's annoying how they're just trying to get his stans/young demographic on board. Gaga's inclusion makes sense. She's the most alien-like celebrity there is now that MJ is no more.
