DiscoHeaven23 35,007
On the Billboard Hot 100 released today "Rise" and "Make Me" both fall on the chart (obviously). "Rise" is down from #11 to #43 "Make Me" falls from #17 to #52 Both songs yet to have a music video. POP RADIO "Make Me" and "Rise" continue to rise, no pun intended, on Pop Radio, with Britney's song excelling more than Katy's "Make Me" rises from #24 to #21 on the chart. And should enter the top 20 next week. The song now outpeaks her last two singles "Pretty Girls" and "Perfume" on the chart. "Rise" moves up from #33 to #28. DIGITAL SONGS "Rise" falls from #1 to #14 on digital songs this week. "Make Me" falls from #3 to not being in the Top 25. STREAMING SONGS Neither song enters the Top 25 on Streaming Songs. Expect that to change with the release of music videos.

Music 15,215
despite both songs being only decent, this worries me for Gaga tbh.
kabirartfling 9,063
Lmao, its understandable for britney but whats up with katy? That huge promo, plus one official video already out & second about to drop Give your love to me
Mister Gaga 22,931
With a proper MV, Make Me would be a hit. But britney's team is a mess, so...i really don't expect it.

She's gonna have to figure out a way to use streaming. If you look at the top songs played on Spotify, Hip-Hop and R&B are the most streamed genres, which makes it harder for pop

weed 73,975
This is kinda really bad tbh like who'd expect a Katy song to be #43 in it's second week, after massive promo. I wonder how it'll perform after the video drop. Imagine it peaks at

And yeah that's me im always listening to urban stuff. Its hard to imagine Gaga fitting in to the current climate well which is a shame to say, but then again gaga is so talented, she has the potential to re shape the industry if she wants. That huge promo, plus one official video already out & second about to drop It's certainly a worse performance for Katy Her first two weeks (minus that first week that she got from just one day of radio play, which made her enter at #85) looked like this for "Roar" 1st Week: #2 2nd Week: #2 So now this is "Rise" 1st Week: #11 2nd Week: #43 Streaming, digital and radio were a part of the equation both times.
