It's hard with cases of sexual abuse. They almost always just become her word vs his and that's hard to prove. I didn't really think that Kesha would ever win this case against him tbh. Not because I don't believe her, I just know it's hard for victims to prove their case to a court.

I feel for Kesha, I wish her the best. Hopefully her other cases go well.
